What you should know
The pool area and picnic space are perfect for unwinding after a busy day, and the staff is helpful with recommendations. Easy access to local conveniences adds to the overall enjoyment.
Traffic noise can be disruptive, especially if located near the front. Some maintenance concerns, like outdated decor and minor plumbing issues, slightly impacted the experience.

The Blue Moon Motel offered charming outdoor spaces with beautifully manicured flower beds. I loved the cozy picnic area, perfect for enjoying afternoon chats with my family and relaxing after our outings.
More seating options for seniors would be appreciated.

Clean and cozy accommodation with a friendly owner who provided great local tips. The simple kitchenette in the room was a plus for family meals. Water park was conveniently close and the bus stop for local attractions was right outside. Downsides included a low toilet that was not comfortable for older guests and the room felt cramped with limited outlets for devices. A solid budget option for families visiting the area.

The best thing at the Blue Moon was the pool. It was accually heated and felt great!! Also as out dated and old as the place was, it was clean!!
The rooms were very small and old, and so were the beds.

Staff was nice and cleanliness of the room was ok.
The air-conditioner unit though was new but very noisy, making going to sleep very difficult. Overall, it is an ok motel but the price per room should not be more than $65/ni.

The staff was always available to answer questions. She gave us a good description of what to see and where to find it. The motel although is advancing in age is well kept and the walls are sound proof. 3 BBQ are available and they have a beautifull terrace where you can socialize with other guests. The continental breakfast is OK with reasonnable choices. Overhall I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to my friends. the hotel is located in a quiet area with facilities not too far away. I would not hesitate a return trip there.
Actually I think that the kitchinette area is a little small, that why we did not use it.

The quiet, neighborly atmosphere that I remember when staying places as a kid was overwhelming here at Blue Moon. The rooms have everything you need without any added filler. If we'd had time, we would have liked to stay here longer.
The only thing I'd change would be the mattresses. They were thin and hard, but as much running around as we did, we passed out as soon as we laid down anyway. Comfortable beds is my number one priority when staying anywhere. This is the only area where I felt this motel fell short.
